At Aarlyxx, we provide skilled labor and time-based professional services at your doorstep in Gonda. Because our offerings are service-based rather than physical products, our refund and cancellation policies are structured to be fair to both our customers and our independent professionals.
1. Booking Cancellations
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge anytime before the professional is dispatched to your location.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel the service after the professional has arrived at your doorstep, you are required to pay the standard ₹129 Visit/Inspection Fee to compensate the professional for their travel and time.
2. The ₹129 Visit / Inspection Fee
The ₹129 visit fee is strictly non-refundable once the professional reaches your home and performs the inspection or consultation. This applies even if you choose not to proceed with the final quoted price for the repair or service.
3. Refunds on Labor & Services
Once a service (e.g., haircut, plumbing repair, electrical fix) has been completed and you have approved the work before the professional leaves, the labor charges are non-refundable.
We do not issue monetary refunds for completed labor. Instead, we offer our Aarlyxx Service Guarantee (see Section 4).
4. The Aarlyxx Service Guarantee (Rework Policy)
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds on labor, we provide a 7-Day Rework Guarantee on specific repair services (Electrician, Plumber, Appliance Repair).
- If the exact same issue reoccurs within 7 days of the original repair, we will send a professional to fix it again with zero additional labor charges.
- Note: This guarantee covers labor only. If new or additional spare parts are required to fix the issue, the cost of those parts must be borne by the customer.
- Salon and beauty services are final once completed and are not eligible for rework or refunds.
5. Advances for Materials (Painting, Masonry, Interior Design)
For large projects requiring raw materials (such as paint, cement, wood, or tiles):
- If you cancel the project before the materials are purchased by the professional, your full advance will be refunded.
- If you cancel the project after materials have been purchased, the cost of the materials will be deducted from your advance, and the physical materials will be handed over to you. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
