Welcome to Aarlyxx. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Aarlyxx website and at-home services provided in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. By booking a service through our platform or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Our Services
Aarlyxx is a platform that connects customers with verified, independent local professionals (such as electricians, plumbers, beauticians, masons, painters, and interior designers). While we rigorously verify the professionals on our platform, the actual contract for the service is directly between you and the independent professional.
2. The ₹129 Inspection / Visit Fee
To ensure our professionals are compensated for their travel and time, a standard visit/inspection fee applies:
- A mandatory ₹129 inspection fee is charged when a professional visits your location to diagnose an issue or provide an estimate (e.g., for electrical, plumbing, or repair work).
- After the inspection, the professional will provide a final, transparent quote for the required labor and materials.
- If you agree to the quote and proceed with the work, the ₹129 fee may be adjusted or waived depending on the total service value, at the discretion of the professional.
- If you choose not to proceed with the work after the diagnosis/estimate is provided, the ₹129 inspection fee must still be paid to the professional for their visit.
3. Booking and Arrival Times
- Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. Once your booking is scheduled, we will communicate the confirmed arrival time of the professional.
- While our professionals strive to arrive exactly on time, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, or extended previous jobs) may cause slight delays. We will keep you updated in such events.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and safe service experience, you agree to:
- Provide a safe, clean, and accessible environment for the professional to work.
- Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present at the premises during the entirety of the service.
- Treat the professionals with respect and courtesy. Abuse, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate cancellation of the service and a permanent ban from the platform.
- For salon services, please ensure a designated clean area is available for the beautician to set up their sanitized equipment.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for the services are to be made directly to the professional upon completion of the work (or as agreed upon for larger projects like interior design and painting). We support UPI, cash, and other standard local payment methods.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Aarlyxx ensures background verification and skill assessment of all listed professionals, we act merely as a facilitator. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services performed by the independent professionals.
